TAKE CARE - THE PLACE FOR YOUR HEALTH CARE

In my second year of my Study Communication and Multimedia design I did a specialism UX design course. Together with a classmate we got the question how the communication in health care could be improved.

For this question me and my classmate came with an app called “Take Care”. This application was designed to improve the communication inside hospitals and other facilities in health care.  Main reason is that the communication often shows some interruptions, to improve that we came with some important functions to improve these problems.

All the workers in health care got a to-do list where the can see what they must do by a patient when they help them. In this system we made also space where the workers can write there mentions for the other collogues after their own shift.

With the to-do list function, the app can see who is inside the building and which collogues have a free day.  Not only the app can see who is working but also workers are possible to do that. When somebody is inside other collogues can send them a message to ask them something.

To make this app future proof we build the possibility inside to add more functions that maybe are needed in the future.
